RETURNS

You have 10 calendar days to return an item or items from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item or items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  

 

Your item or items must be securely in the original packaging and put into a shipping box.

 

Your item or items must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or items.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
 

All (on Sale) items are final and no refunds.   No returns or refunds on Jewelry, Hats and Sunglasses.
 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item or items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item or items.  We will immediately notify you via email or text on the status of your refund after inspecting the item or items.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

Please allow at least 3 to 4 working days from receipt of your item or items to process your return.
